We took barbeque expert and book author Jim Auchmutey flying with us across the state of North Carolina in pursuit of the best barbecue (it's a tough job but someone had to do it). Auchmutey is a former colleague of Senior Photographer David Tulis at The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Video Content Producer Brianna Cabassa and Senior Features Editor Julie Summers Walker were entertained with stories from the old friends' past exploits as newspapermen. @dtulis
