'Pilot in Command' webinar series returns

Editor's note: This article was updated August 26 with the announcement that ForeFlight has canceled the August 31 webinar with Angle of Attack's Chris Palmer that was scheduled to kick off the 'Pilot in Command' webinar series. We will provide additional details about the webinar series as they become available.

The series is a continuation of the programming the organizations launched in 2020, which ran from April through September.

The new season was planned to kick off August 31 with Angle of Attack’s Chris Palmer and ForeFlight Director of Product Management Martin Kemp discussing the use of flight simulators in flight training and for maintaining proficiency. Kemp recently earned his private pilot certificate and used simulators during his training. Palmer planned to share his thoughts on how students can develop essential skills without risks in the simulator.

 The August 31 webinar has been canceled. AOPA will provide additional details about the webinar series and upcoming webinars as they become available.
