Get a sneak peek at the new AOPA Web site

New AOPA Online

It's big and blue like the sky itself. During the week of September 17, AOPA will launch a completely redesigned Web site thanks to input from pilots for pilots. After a thorough research study with many of our members, we discovered a better way to present AOPA Online.

"The present AOPA site has served members well for more than a dozen years and was placed online as the Web was just developing," said AOPA President Phil Boyer. "While our Web site redesign was a huge undertaking, the time was right to recognize the Web technologies that have evolved."

All the great content from the old Web site will still be there, but it will be easier to navigate and have a more powerful search engine. "The association launched AOPA Online in 1995, and since then it has grown into the world's most comprehensive aviation Web site," said Karen Gebhart, AOPA executive vice president of communications. "AOPA members loved the content, but they had trouble finding it. We've made it all more accessible."
