1977 Piper Cherokee PA–32R Lance

Ever since I can remember I’ve been ate up with flying. I’ve even made a living flying airplanes. Once I got an airplane of my own, I wanted to encourage others to experience the feeling I get when I fly. The freedom to fly wherever I want whenever I want never gets old.

Ercoupe 415–C

I bought my Ercoupe in June 1990 and will probably be buried in it. It does everything an airplane needs to do when you just want to enjoy flying. Cruising at 100 mph with my arm out the window at 1,500 feet on a nice day is a perfect way to see New England.

1968 Mooney M20F Executive

At 55 percent power burning 8 gph at 138 knots true airspeed, my Mooney has about a 1,000 nautical mile range. With fuel topped off at 64 gallons, it will carry four people averaging 170 pounds. I have owned it for five years, and it is truly the best bang-for-your-buck aircraft. It was the first model Mooney stretched 9 inches, giving the back seaters a comfortable experience.

Boeing Stearman A75

After a dual career flying as a FedEx Airbus flight test captain and U.S. Navy test pilot flying the F–14 Tomcat and F–18 Hornet, I must admit my Stearman is just as exhilarating to fly! Our family has had the pleasure of enhancing the airplane with cockpit improvements to include an extensive avionics package with VHF, transponder, ICS, and ADS-B capabilities. The 450-horsepower Stearman is always an eye catcher at our local airport flight lines.
