The new PC-12 Pro distances itself from its predecessor in a major way: by selecting the cutting-edge Garmin G3000 Prime as the basis for its Advanced Cockpit Environment.
Featuring the first in a new generation of Garmin Integrated Flight Decks, the brand-new PC–12 Pro boasts the most advanced cockpit to ever be fitted to a single-engine turboprop: the G3000 Prime–exclusively customized by Pilatus. In addition to the entirely reimagined avionics suite, the new PC–12 Pro features updated PC–24 style control yokes, better visibility from the cockpit, and a swath of interior upgrades.
By integrating Garmin’s complete array of advanced safety-enhancing features–including Garmin Autoland and Garmin Emergency Return (available in 2026)–into one of the safest airframes flying today, the PC–12 Pro gives unmatched peace of mind to both pilots and passengers alike. Improvements to both the Integrated Stall Warning and Protection System and the Electronic Stability and Protection of the PC–12 provide additional layers of protection and stability in flight.
Features such as Pilatus’ proprietary Cursor Control Device, track-based synthetic vision, and exclusive visual customization provide Pilatus pilots with superior solutions for ease of operation in all flight conditions.
The PC–12 Pro retains the venerable PT6E-67XP powerplant from Pratt & Whitney Canada, maintaining the PC–12 NGX’s digitally controlled Electronic Propeller and Engine Control System/Auto-throttle systems and single power-lever control. With nearly 11 million flight hours on the PC–12 alone and over 400 million hours worldwide, the PT6 engine continues to earn its reputation as the most reliable aircraft engine ever produced–the only suitable option for an aircraft with the proven reliability of the PC–12.
Plane-spotters will be able to differentiate the PC–12 Pro from previous generations by the removal of the DV (direct-vision) window on the pilot’s side, as well as a slightly larger radome on the right wing to accommodate the new, more powerful weather radar. New paint schemes, inspired by the digital era, can also be observed.
Speaking of the interior, six all-new design lines have been developed for the PC–12 Pro through collaboration with BMW Designworks. The redesigned interior blends modern luxury with future-forward trends, ensuring a timeless and sophisticated cabin. Adding to the redesigned cabin, all-new cabinetry has been designed for the PC–12 Pro, providing more space for storage and catering, as well as improved ergonomics and lighting throughout the cabin.
Already fully certified, PC–12 Pro deliveries will begin in the third quarter.
