Fly over Yosemite, hop a wine tasting trolley

To enjoy this picturesque flight, sign up for the Yosemite Fly-Out as part of the AOPA Fly-In at Livermore, California, June 21 and 22. The Yosemite flight also includes the opportunity to ride a trolley to downtown Mariposa for lunch and shopping. Pilots who register should meet at the Mariposa-Yosemite Airport on June 21 at 9:45 a.m. and participate in a 10 a.m. flight briefing. Plan to depart at 11 a.m. and return between 12:30 and 1 p.m. Tickets cost just $25 to participate.

If you and your party would rather keep your feet on the ground for some relaxation, sign up for the “Taste of Livermore” wine tasting trolley tour on June 21.  On the tour, you’ll enjoy views of vineyards along rolling hills and visit three wineries with a tasting at each. In addition, you’ll receive a deli-style lunch that you custom order in advance. Just 16 spots remain for the last available tour at 11:15 a.m. that day, so don’t delay booking your spot.
