Join us for three days of high-quality aviation content, including educational sessions and an expansive Exhibit Hall showcasing the latest technology, gear, and services. Don’t miss the aircraft display and informative seminars, including a special Pilot Town Hall with AOPA President and CEO, Darren Pleasance, on Saturday.

Family-friendly activities are available, including the Aviation Academy area and Kids Zone. Catch thrilling Air Shows on Saturday and Sunday, featuring a Matinee Airshow on Saturday for early departures.

WACO AOPA Members Only Shuttle

WACO will be running a courtesy shuttle from the AOPA Exhibit Hall to the VIP Flightline Chalet and back. Stops will be conveniently located next to the AOPA Exhibit Hall and just outside the entrance to the VIP Area.

Rental Car Information

To reserve a rental car from Enterprise to pick up at Buckeye Airport please follow these instructions:

Have your Enterprise Plus/Emerald Club Account information ready (or create a new one if you don’t already have one.) You will be unable to make a reservation without this.

Reservations MUST be completed by February 4, 2026

Type “yes” to agree to a $40 drop charge for this location.

ONLY reservations made via this booking link will be available for pickup at Buckeye Airport. If you do not go through this link, your vehicle will not be delivered to the Buckeye Airport. This is a special arrangement set up directly with Enterprise through AOPA.

Upon arrival at Buckeye Airport please pick up the keys at the Volunteer Check-in hangar located across from the shuttle stop. Volunteer check-in will be open Thursday-Sunday 8:00am - 5:00pm, please email [email protected] for pickup/drop off services outside of these hours.
