The Louisiana Airport Passport Program is supported by the Aviation Division of the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. The program promotes safety and education by encouraging recreational flight to all of Louisiana’s public-use airports. It also supports general aviation airports, area businesses and tourism. Any licensed pilot, from any state, and their passenger(s) may participate. Pilots and their passenger(s) may earn three different levels (bronze/silver/gold) of recognition awards by flying into airports, attending safety seminars and visiting Louisiana’s aviation attractions.

The Louisiana Airport Passport Program requires participants to check-in by flying to or attending a qualifying airport or other activities. Awards will be offered for those who collect a certain number of airport check-ins. View official rules of the LA Airport Passport Program here.
