Top U.S. Destinations

National Tourism Week had me thinking about how much the United States has to offer. We have beaches, mountains, deserts, farmland, and large cities.

There are so many different climates and unique locations to visit – you don't need to leave the country to have an adventure!

What is National Tourism Week? It is a holiday that started in 1983. Its purpose is to celebrate travel in the United States. Travel and tourism are crucial to the United States because it boosts local economies and creates job opportunities and local culture. Here are ten of the most popular travel destinations in the United States to add to your bucket list.

1. Maui, Hawaii

2. Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona

3. Yellowstone National Park

4. Las Vegas, Nevada

5. New York City

6. Washington D.C.

7. Key West, Florida

8. Bar Harbor, Maine

9. San Diego, California

10. New Orleans, Louisiana

I encourage you to travel and explore the United States! There's a destination for everyone. Use your PTO to travel somewhere new and create memories with your family. From this list,  I'd choose Maui as my next vacation! What about you? Share this blog on social media to let us know which one you'd pick.
