Airworthiness Concern Sheets (ACS) are developed by the FAA’s certification service. They allow the industry to directly communicate with the FAA on an airworthiness issue on which they seek additional information to help determine their path forward.
By subscribing to airworthiness concern sheets, you will receive all Airworthiness Concern Sheets developed.
It is up to you to read them to determine if they are relevant to your aircraft make/model. If so, please follow the instructions to contact the FAA engineer listed directly on the ACS with your comments and recommendations. There is no need to provide AOPA with your response to the FAA engineer.
