Angela is an Air Force veteran, a breast cancer survivor, pilot, aviation photographer, blogger, wife, mother of three and grandmother of 2. She calls Charlotte, North Carolina home. Flying has been the most amazing thing she’s ever done, and she enjoys sharing her excitement with everyone. She doesn’t want to look back and regret that she didn’t get to do the things she loves.
Cayla McLeod is a 19-year-old private pilot and college student. As a first-generation aviator, she is absolutely loving immersing herself into the aviation community. When she’s not studying in the classroom, she can almost always be found out at the airport climbing into airplanes ranging from vintage taildraggers to warbirds!
Flying has been a passion of Deon’s ever since the first time he looked up at the sky at his local airport when he was very young. He feels flying challenges us to never stop learning and brings people together. Seaplane flying, especially, allows him to explore nature in a very special way. He is so privileged and thankful, for the ability to share the joys of flying via his photography.
Matthew Dunham is a U.S. Army Veteran with an itch for adventure, thrill and elevating his dreams. Originally from Oregon, he was born in southern California. He joined the Army in January 2010 as a Mortarman (11C). His goal is to continue to take care of his brothers and sisters in arms in any way he can and encourage and inspire others like him. He will always strive to help others in life achieve their dreams in Aviation like he has only begun to achieve his.
Anthony Oshinuga is a dedicated Aviator who resides in Southern California. When he is not working, he dedicates all his energy to aerobatic competition flying. He is a relative newcomer to the sport of aerobatics. In 2014, he placed 4th at the U.S. National Aerobatic Competition out of 10 in his category. In 2015 & 2016 he raced at the National Championship Air Races located in Reno, Nevada and placed 2nd two consecutive times. He is ramping up for the 2018 season with a full schedule of both competition and airshows.
Chris Palmer is a flight instructor, educator and flight school owner. He resides in Homer, Alaska where flight training meets adventure on the coastline and in the mountains. He’s an avid photographer and videographer. Through his media one can see what it’s like to fly in Alaska and a glimpse into what flight training is like. Chris thrives on the everyday success of his students. He offers online ground school, but also teaches students that come from afar to get some flying time in Alaska.
Ross is 29 years old and lives in Madison, Wisconsin. He received his PPL in 2012 and that's when his interest turned into a passion. His favorite flying is "low and slow" in an airplane that has big tires or floats. He thinks the best "runways" in the world are short, unpaved, and off the beaten path.
