What to expect

AOPA’s Aviator Showcase is back! Join hundreds of pilots and aircraft owners for an exclusive gathering with the industry’s leading experts in avionics and cockpit technology, flight planning and weather resources, and aircraft manufacturing and sales. Kick-off the show on Thursday evening by enjoying Happy Hour with the Exhibitors. Wander the Exhibit Hall and Aircraft Display and engage in casual conversation with industry experts and fellow aviators. Exhibit hours continue Friday with the addition of educational seminars presented by event sponsors.

Looking to upgrade or still searching for the perfect aircraft? Local services such as paint shops, avionics manufacturers, and aircraft detailers will be there to help. You can also talk to financiers, insurers, and dealers about buying the aircraft of your dreams.

Registration Info

Pre-registration is required. The Aviator Showcase will be held rain or shine, however, if we need to cancel for reasons beyond our control, registration fees will be refunded in full.

Volunteer

Get a behind-the-scenes look at how AOPA puts on our events by working side-by-side with our team as a volunteer! Join other pilots and aviation enthusiasts serving in either airside or show-side roles: marshalling and parking aircraft, greeting attendees, helping with event set-up or clean-up, and assisting Exhibitors. We wouldn't be able to pull off these events without your help, and we'll be sure to reward you for your efforts!

No, these events cater to those looking to buy or learn more about new products and services available within the general aviation market. They will be focused exclusively on exhibits, displays, and educational content related to aircraft ownership and operations. They will be smaller and more intimate than our traditional fly-ins, allowing for greater interaction and up-close engagement with the products, services, and equipment available to serious aviators.

Aside from some time with on-site Exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall and Aircraft Display, you’ll have the chance to attend seminars focused on aircraft ownership, products, and technology.

Pre-registration is required. Space is limited, and no "walk-up" attendance will be permitted. Exhibitors will be offering exclusive show specials and other incentives only available to event guests. And since this is a limited-capacity event, you can expect higher-quality engagement with subject matter experts from the general aviation industry.
