Get your wristband early

Be sure to stop by the AOPA main tent anytime during the week from 9:00am to 5:00pm to pick up your member wristband. It's your ticket to morning coffee, the member backyard, and the member viewing party on Wednesday. Grab it early so you're not stuck in line when the fun starts. One quick stop and you're set for the whole week.

AOPA members can start the day fully fueled with a free, hot cup of coffee, served by AOPA board members and staff as a special thank you for making us your home base at AirVenture. Members receive a commemorative AOPA OSH 2026 coffee tumbler. Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 9:30 AM.

HUB All-new Member Hub ›

Connect with the AOPA team in our redesigned main tent. Our membership experts, medical certification team, legal services staff, and regional managers will be on-site all week. Bring your questions about regulations, flight planning, certificates, medicals, or what's happening at your home airport.

Don't forget to renew your membership or join on-site and save $10. Sign up for Automatic Annual Renewal and take home your choice of an AOPA hat or t-shirt. Membership also enters you in the AOPA Sweepstakes and unlocks access to the all-new AOPA Member Backyard. While supplies last. Only available onsite.

PAV Enhanced AOPA Program Pavilion ›

Our Program Pavilion got a serious upgrade this year, with better screens, easier seating, and the same great seminars you come back for every summer. Pull up a seat and hear from some of the most entertaining and knowledgeable experts in aviation. Juan Browne, Brian Schiff, and Xyla Foxlin will all take the stage, along with our friends from Sporty's, King Schools, the FAA, the NTSB, and our very own AOPA experts. Don't miss the Pilot Town Hall with AOPA board members on Wednesday at 11:00, followed by the moment we've all been waiting for: the sweepstakes airplane giveaway.

Need to beat the heat? Take a load off with your fellow members and friends throughout the day at our new Member Backyard – your shaded oasis in the middle of all the action, with comfortable seating, free water, and great views of the airshow.

MEET Meet and Greets ›

You know them from your feeds, your favorite training videos, and the airshow box. Now meet them in person. We're hosting one-on-one meet and greets with Michael Goulian, John and Martha King, Jessica Cox, Jason Miller, and more. Snap a picture and get a little face time with the people who make this community what it is.

Watch our next sweepstakes airplane become a work of art

The next giveaway is already taking shape, literally. Our newest sweepstakes airplane will be on campus wrapped in white vinyl, and artist, Noah Heckel from Scheme Designers, will be drawing on it live all week. It starts as a blank canvas Monday and evolves every day, so what you see Tuesday won't be what you see Friday. Stop by, watch it take shape, and come back before you leave to see the finished piece. This one could be yours, so while you're watching it come to life, stop by the booth to learn how to enter for your chance to win.
