Claire Urban, eLearning Designer 

Claire joined the ASI team in January 2016 as an eLearning Designer. She is responsible for the creation of new ASI online courses. Claire is working on the conversion of other online courses from Flash to HTML.

Prior to joining ASI, Claire worked as a contractor for AOPA’s Air Safety Institute developing many of the current interactive online courses. It was a natural progression to bring her web design in-house. As a lifelong resident of Frederick, Claire has worked as a Senior Designer for many years in a local online marketing agency, and as a freelance designer.

Claire is a graduate from Shepherd University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design. She plans to add student pilot to the list of achievements. Her passions range from going off-highway in her Jeep to photography, jewelry making, and woodworking.
