Aerocor adds data analysis for Cirrus, Eclipse models

Aircraft sales organization Aerocor has acquired data-analysis web platform Cirrus Reports, and announced the immediate expansion of the website to support several makes and models of jet aircraft.

Los Angeles-based Aerocor, founded by two airline transport pilots, specializes in very light jet sales and provides brokerage services to light-turbine aircraft owners. The acquisition of Cirrus Reports from its creator, Marcus Adolfsson, “will allow us to further expand our unique product offering, giving customers unparalleled access to information about their aircraft,” said Aerocor CEO Justin Beitler, who co-founded Aerocor with Gavin Woodman.

Cirrus Reports “is a free web-based Flight Log and Engine Analyzer for your Cirrus, enabling you to very easily transform Arnav, Avidyne Entegra & R9, and Cirrus Perspective Log files into meaningful data,” said the company’s announcement of the acquisition.

“A popular website among Cirrus owners, Cirrus Reports allows aircraft owners to store, process, and analyze information retrieved from the aircraft flight data recorder,” it said.

Aerocor noted an immediate expansion of the web platform to add data support for Eclipse 500 and Eclipse 550 jets, the Cirrus Vision SF50, and the Cessna Citation Mustang, and said more improvements are planned in the near future.

The site currently has about 5,000 users, said Beitler.
