Question: You are a U.S. citizen and you plan to fly to and stay in the Bahamas for a couple of days. Which personal documents must you have when you arrive as pilot in command?
Answer: You must have a valid passport, your pilot certificate (with an English-proficient endorsement), medical certificate, and FCC restricted radiotelephone operators permit. If the aircraft is not registered in your name, you will need to possess a letter of authorization. There are additional documents and equipment required for the aircraft.
