Bob Enos of Somerset, Pa., is the weekly winner of Lightspeed Aviation’s $500 Burger Getaway sweepstakes. Weekly winners, chosen from customers buying a new Lightspeed or Sierra headset, receive a $500 package that includes gift cards for avgas, rental car, dining, and lodging.
"The response to this promotion has been exceptional," said Teresa De Mers, executive vice president of sales, marketing, and customer support for Lightspeed in a press release. "Many of our dealers have adopted it as part of their marketing strategy, but most importantly, hundreds of pilots have entered the weekly drawings."
Enos is an active pilot who flies a Falcon 2000 professionally and owns a Piper 235, a 1940 Aeronca Chief, and an ultralight. In addition to flying professionally and for recreation, he also donates his time and craft to those in need, recently transporting a cancer patient as part of an Angel Flight mission. He plans on using his prize for an upcoming leisure trip to New York in his Piper.
